There are so many predictions these days that the year 2012 will end in doom. My opinion is that it is just a bunch of fear-based hoopla! I feel that we are simply starting an “Evolutionary Period” in the “Timeline of Religion” calendar.

This is the year that we find ourselves more capable of stepping out of fears. That is….if we choose to.

Freewill + applied choices = change! It is through taking responsibility for ourselves that I see right change starting to take place. I am not talking politics here. I am talking the inner works of the individual allowing the enlightenment to happen.

There are more and more people from all walks of life excepting their “want to know more” about themselves. They are making the decision to break the generational repetition of negative energy patterns.

It seems that once you see the truth with love of self held gently in place, there really is no turning back!

My wish to you in the year 2012 is that this “period” of time is filled with gentle courage to follow your heart, your passion and your dreams. To let go of any fears that are holding you back and are keeping you trapped in the old ways (negative energy patterns.) To discover the love that you have for yourself, the love that you have for all of those that are helping you to learn and rediscover the true essence of your Being. It is through this love that this world will Change and we proceed together to my history in this new “Evolutionary Period” of time.

Evolutionary Envisioning Techniques

Get moving – our spiritual essence needs our physical (dense) body to lighten up. Here a just a few examples; Walking, biking, Zumba, yoga, stretching, running, Qigong, hoola-hooping, belly dancing, dancing, you name it….just get moving. Remember that intention is very helpful if your body has trouble moving. Just envision you are moving and you will be surprised.

Journal – writing helps us to move the energy in our heart chakra. If you are not a writer; how about recording it? You might like to listen to it before your choose to erase, bury or burn it. Some people even like to freeze it!

So, have some fun this year in 2012 and rediscover who you are. Shine your light and shine it bright! Don’t be afraid to say “I love myself.” It is through this self love that we can and will have peace on Earth. May this year be filled with beautiful discovery of awesome enlightenment!
